Welcome to Wildly Calm: Disarming Stress in Daily Life

Hello and welcome to this 28day program that offers you an opportunity to disarm chronic stress or anxiety that shows up in your daily life.
Together, we will experience a holistic journey that includes a combination of education, exercises, movement, meditations, writing and even a few opportunities to spontaneously draw. You’ll find space to think and learn, to sense and feel, to move and write, to reflect and integration.

As we embark, I encourage you to bring three very supportive ingredients with you:
Curiosity : Invite yourself into each day’s experience with curiosity, almost as if you are meeting yourself for the first time. When we are meeting someone new, we haven’t yet written a script for what they think or feel or how they will react to something – so let that be for yourself over these days together. For example, even if you realize you “know” the information or the exercise being shared here, what would it be like to experience it as if for the first time?

Non-Judgement : Whatever you think, feel or sense during this process is welcome. Any time you notice phrases such as “I should” “I should not” “I must” “I cannot”, invite them to drop away and come back to curiosity of whatever is present.

Openness : Hold yourself lightly, any feelings with breath and any thoughts with gentleness. Let the openness encourage new perspectives, possibilities and aliveness as we go through this 28 day program together.
