Overview
Me, You, Us is a 4-week series for partners wishing to deepen intimacy through communication, deep listening and erotic play.
While a workshop setting sparks new conversations and fresh experiences, we’ve chosen this specific format to allow for fluidity of exploration, integration and practice.
This series is curated for a small, intimate group of 4 couples (8 people in total) to allow for us to enter a process together.
Throughout this series, we’ll invite in creative expression (dance, art), tools for sharing / listening, touch exercises and erotic play. We’ll move between words, movement, creativity and embodied exploration for each module.
- Nov 16 (1) Foundations:
Exploring different ways of sharing and listening to one another. Introducing love mapping as a way to stay curious about each other, alongside practical communication tools. - Nov 23 (2) Understanding our needs:
Uncovering what we need as individuals and within our relationships. Noticing how we recognise, express and respond to needs vs expectations, and how to honor relationship and individual needs. - Nov 30 (3) Expressing our desires:
Making space to explore our desires, including those that might be difficult to name or share. Playing with different ways of expressing what we want, being able to really listen to what our partners want, and how to hold onto ourselves and respect the relationship in the process. - Dec 14 (4) Envisioning:
Time to co-create. Moving, imagining and experimenting with possibilities. Exploring creative ways to bring more aliveness, intimacy and connection into everyday life.
December 7 is a week off for further integration prior to our last module, Envisioning.
Meeting with the same group each week also allows familiarity and openness to develop as we learn, not just through our own partnership, bu through the sharing, discoveries and experiences of others, too.
In this setting, we will weave in music, dance, sharing, relating frameworks and sexological bodywork methods to support you to better understand your desires, express them to your partner and open to erotic play.
We will use a variety of tools and frameworks
- Movement and other forms of creative tools
- Games and sharing
- Sexological Bodywork and physical touch within the partnership
Erotic play begins when we hold each other with respect and allow for non-judgement and curiosity to breathe. This series particularly honors the special dance within a partnership – the frustrations and joys that we hold within and between ourselves. Me, You, Us creates space for us to enhance the intimacy in our relationships no matter what feelings or stories are present.
If deepening intimacy with a particular someone turns you on, we hope you’ll join us.
We hope you’ll join us for our debut Couples Series this November!

Me, You, Us is open to any and all constellations of partnerships / couples.
In some exercises within your partnership, there will be an invitation for nakedness. However, at no time during the workshop is nakedness a requirement. Please note some exercises will guide you towards touching your partner’s erogenous zones.
We encourage everyone to find their comfortable edge for the exploration.
Some exercises may focus specifically on erogenous zones as a method of intimacy and connection. We will always provide options and alternatives.

About Markus
Markus is a firm believer in the power of structure and logic. At the same time, he’s an incorrigible romantic. Living in these seemingly contradictory worlds took him on a journey that questioned the core of intimacy and sexual freedom. This personal search guided him towards the club scene of Berlin and, later, to tantric, sex-positive, 5Rhythms and Authentic Relating workshops.
His explorations led him to further cultivate a more holistic perspective of eroticism, romance and relationships. Markus became a certified Sexological Bodyworker at the IISB, Zurich. Sexological Bodywork gave him a foundation in somatic sexual counseling, accompanying people to release any dogmas, cultural blockages and habitual sexual behavior.
Markus co-facilitates Project closer with his wife, Samar. He brings acute sensitivity, attentiveness, a range of erotic techniques and sexual games for couples to deepen their sexual intimacy in daily life.
