Recovery is a journey of discovering the incredible resilience within us—the power to rise above the pain, confusion, and challenges of addiction and step into a life of greater freedom and joy. Ultimately, resilience in recovery is about learning to live in the present moment, to trust the process, and to believe in our own capacity to heal.
